The High Council of Justice has a programme of bilateral meetings and regularly receives delegations from the four corners of the globe.

The High Council of Justice is also a founding member of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary (ENCJ). The ENCJ has been established by the Member Stares of the European Union as a network bringing together “High Councils of Justice”. The ENCJ deals with matters such as backlogs of court cases, gauging national and transnational confidence in the justice system, key issues for councils of justice and minimum standards for the evaluation of judicial systems.
